I picked up First Blade by chance, having no idea why. Butt always willing to listen to my literary instincts, I began to read. Imagine my surprise as I found I couldn't put it down! I read it in a day and a half then read First Witch equally as fast.Jane has created what could very well turn out to be another BDB-like series or Dark Hunters-like series. It has the characters that capture you and the groundwork for a group of people in a town you become very familiar with. It has all the paranormal qualities that keep people coming back for more.
Yet, if I understand what she's said, she plans this as a trilogy and will end them with the third? I sincerely hope I misunderstood. Or that she has since changed her mind. She has a wealth of characters to build on and should take complete advantage. She has such talent that just needs some literary maturing. If she would just give it half a chance she could be the next writer that everyone is lining up for just to get a signed copy of her sure to be famous series. Don't disappoint us, Jane!

Book 2 was just as jammed packed as book 1. The storyline was unique and different but the action, romance and characters we loved from book 1 were there. Love this series!
Damn! This was a good read – did not expect that ending or that storyline. I LOVED IT ). I also love that Georgia is so concerned about Zak and the rest of her “family”. She is fierce but also a tad to trusting this time around.
And the hunter yum – cue drool
Personally!!!!! I enjoyed it a lot. To me it is so good it made me frustrated with the villain(s), I hated them at times and enjoyed them too. I suck at reviews, because I do not want to give the story away so I can not say what I want to.

This book was a total win. I loved Georgia she was an amazing character but as a vampire witch she totally rocks. Who doesn't love a kick ass chic. Can't wait for your next book..
I love the adventure, but it is constantly interrupted with impromptu sex. A little more action and less sex would be a good balance.
I read a lot of series and this one is at the top of my favorites. It’s loaded with action so it is a fast read. The characters are enjoyable and believable. It has an interesting twist that I didn’t predict either. Definitely worth your time and money.
This one is just as wonderful as the first book. The twists and turns keep me on the edge of my seat. The characters are amazing, the plot is interesting and action-packed, and I'm loving the romance. I love Jane's writing style and once I start reading I don't want to put the book down. I'm both excited and a little reluctant to read the next book since I know it is the end of the series, but I have to know what happens. This is one series I really don't want to end.
